Give us a call! (717) 666-7033. We’ll ask you a few questions, you give us a few answers, we give you a few options, and before you know it, you’re all squared away and ready to rock!

Drop offs are by appointment only. Just give us a call and we can schedule your drop off at a time that is convenient for you. Our office building is very secure and locked. Just give us a ring when you arrive and we can buzz you in and get you to our office.

We fix the kinds of computer problems that magically appear five minutes before you really need your computer to work. If your PC is running painfully slow, filled with pop-ups, infected with something it definitely didn’t catch from you, or just refusing to cooperate, we can help. We troubleshoot crashes, software meltdowns, hardware failures, mysterious beeping, and devices that claim they’re “not plugged in” when they clearly are. We also set up new computers, grab data from broken computers, perform upgrades, and explain what went wrong in plain speak— without making you feel bad about it.

We don’t do websites and we don’t make apps for your phone. I know your idea to make a dating app for pets is groundbreaking. We just can’t help you with it.
Your Fortune 500 company just lost the head of I.T. and your database developer in Sweden can’t access servers in your Austin, TX data center? Sorry, we’re not going to be very helpful. We’re busy getting little Timmy’s iPad to connect to his dad’s new Comcast modem. And if we don’t do it soon, and Timmy can’t watch BLUEY, oooooh boy….

Either! Some issues are best resolved on location (your place), and some that can take more time, are usually best handled in our office. We just need your tower (if its a desktop) or your laptop (and don’t forget the AC adapter!). Just call and we can discuss your issues and get a game plan together to get you back up and running.

That totally depends! There does come a point where repairs will exceed the value of the computer. A lot like that 1992 Toyota Corolla you had in high school.
Once we see what’s going on, get you a quote to get it fixed, we can definitely discuss what the best way to go is. If that means a new computer, we can back up your data and get it to you to put in that nice shiny new computer.
